New Year Reflections: An Afternoon of Gratitude and Renewal

Join us for a peaceful afternoon of thankfulness, reflection, and renewal as we honor the year past and set intentions for the year to come.

We’ll begin with tea, light snacks, and quiet journaling in the Stillwater House dining room, surrounded by the serene winter views of Hope Valley’s landscape. Guided prompts will invite you to reflect with gratitude on what has been and to dream with hope for what’s ahead.

Afterward, we’ll gather in the great room for a soothing sound bath and gentle energy alignment, allowing the body and mind to rest in harmony.

Participants will leave with hearts full of peace and thankfulness - grounded in the lessons of the past year and inspired for the new one ahead. The sound bath and energy balance will help reset the nervous system and provide restoration, offering a fresh start for the year to come.
