Our Lactation Lounge is open to all parents navigating their feeding journey whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, supplementing, or weaning. Led by experienced facilitators and joined by your local community of parents.

What makes our group unique:
- Led by an experienced lactation consultant of 18 years
- Hosted by a variety of team of highly educated lactation consultants, nurses, doulas and other perinatal professionals
- Our team are all mothers who feel passionate about supporting other families during the postpartum period
- This trusted local group has been offered for the past 13 years

Why a team?
Breastfeeding can be a challenging journey, but you don't have to do it alone! The Nest's feeding support group has been offering weekly support for the past 13 years, we strongly believe in the power of a team approach to help parents thrive. 🤝💕

👩‍👧‍👦 Whether you're a new mom, an experienced parent, or a supporter, our community is here to share information, encouragement, and experiences. Together, we can overcome obstacles, celebrate victories, and foster a nurturing environment for families.
