These shorter, hands-on classes are designed to give you practical skills, fresh inspiration, and a full meal to take home and enjoy.

~When: Last Wednesday of the Month

~Time: 3:50–4:30 PM (Right before Happy Gardening Hour)

~Where: Weiss Brothers Nursery, Grass Valley

Upcoming Classes:

Feb 25: Plant-Based Sushi & Chickpea Miso

March 25: Chicken or Plant-Based Enchiladas

April 29: GF Ramen, Spring Rolls & Dipping Sauce

These classes are perfect if you want to learn something new, cook together, and leave with dinner ready to go!

Spaces are limited. Reserve your spot via Venmo (@Susan-Gouveia-1): $30 per class or $75 for all three.
