World Whiskey - The four ingredients for making Whiskey are easy to find almost everywhere in the world (Grain Water Yeast and Wood barrels). Liberalized production permits and rules allow more to make whiskey than ever before. Not every flavor that can be found in whiskey travels well - think peat in Scotch or using rice in place of corn -and not every still produces great spirit. Like everything else in life the more you do it the better it gets. So while it can be easy to skip over "new" to the market Distilleries we can be surprised too!

A fun opportunity for Whiskey Drinkers to learn a little more about Whiskey Tasting. While we mostly do taste some of what we drink there is a method to the madness when you are looking to discern differences in 40+% alcohol beverages!
