Whiskey Tasting Sunday - Heaven's Door Bourbon & Rye

We don't often do a full flight of Bourbon but when we do we have a lot of fun and where better to go looking for fun than a Whiskey brand that was co-founded by Bob Dylan and a Spirits innovator Marc Bushala. So woven through the fabric of the brand the spirit and now their resort style distillery entertainment zone.... is the art and sounds of Bob Dylan!

Another key facet of their program has been their barreling selection used for finishing and rounding out their flavors. They produce their rye with a full 100% mashbill so that will be a treat to taste!

Quick Review using our favorite Tasting Glass the NEAT Glass alongside the trade favorite Glencairn Glass reminding guests that we "70%" of flavor via our nose not our tongue so aromatics matter!
