Where: Inspire Yoga - Grapevine

Wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Soft fabrics and layers are best so you can fully relax as your body temperature shifts.

We Provide: Premium mats, blankets, and eye masks. Your comfort and emotional safety are our absolute priority.

You Bring: A pillow (highly recommended for the 72-minute duration), a water bottle, and an open heart.

🚨 CRITICAL NOTE: Our class sizes are intentionally kept very small and intimate (strictly capped at 10 participants) to ensure a peaceful, fully supported group dynamic.
