Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing to support physical, mental, and emotional healing. The Spring Solstice is a time of renewal, balance, and fresh beginnings—the perfect moment to release what no longer serves you and realign with the season of growth.
💫 What to Expect:
• 1 hour of guided breathwork (no experience necessary!)
• A peaceful, supportive space for release and renewal
• Total event time: ~2 hours
• Wear comfy warm clothes
• Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask (if you want) and 1-2 blankets for comfort
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
