- **Event Description**: SAVE THE DATE: Our next PATH General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd from 3:00 to 5:00pm, at the Grants Pass City Council Chambers. Our meeting goes until 4:30pm, then opens for networking 4:30-5:00pm. 

Our Featured Speaker will be Jerry from ShareTheHarvest.life.  Jerry will be discussing his program for connecting people in need of fresh fruits and vegetables with local people who have produce that might go to waste if not picked.  Not only does the beginning of our harvest season means there are fruits and vegetables in need of harvest, the recent reductions in SNAP means that more people will be food insecure, so the timing for this is perfect.  We will also have a short video presentation regarding Oregon's Double Up Food Bucks, which has matching funds for SNAP benefits spent at local grower's markets and select grocery stores. We will also update you on what PATH is up to and will hear from many of our community partners about their great work and learn how we can support each other’s efforts. 

Just a reminder that we will have a box available at the meeting for anyone wanting to donate non-perishable food items for the Jo Co Food Bank. All donations will be greatly appreciated!
