Get ready to surf, groove, and learn a timeless lesson in forgiveness and trust! Our kids are putting on “Not Your Average Joe”, a lively retelling of the biblical Joseph story — but with a twist. Think 1950s style, surfboards, cool leather jackets, and lots of heart. 
In 1959, Joe is handed his dad’s drive-in, Papa Jake’s Fries ’n’ Shakes, for the summer — but jealous siblings, unexpected journeys, and life’s ups and downs have other plans. Through it all, Joe learns that God is with him, even when things get impossible.
