Nestled in the heart of our region, these farms are known for their commitment to regenerative agriculture, out-of-this-world produce, and fowl that are raised humanely with integrity and care.

This exclusive four-course dinner has been artfully crafted by Chef Wolf, whose culinary creativity shines through each seasonal, locally sourced dish. Highlighting the unique harmony between food and wine in the Rogue Valley, every course will be thoughtfully paired with wines hand-selected by our Wine Director, Faith Lemire-Baeten.
