Dance YoGlass Off Yoga & Cardio Event at Wild River Pub

Join us for another round of the wildly popular Dance Yoglass Off at Wild River Pub, in partnership with Sunny Valley Yoga, on Friday, November 28! This crowd-favorite event combines the energizing movements of dancing with the mindful flow of yoga, delivering a refreshing and fun twist on fitness that keeps guests coming back.

The evening kicks off at 6 PM, followed by a relaxing social hour from 7 to 8 PM where you can unwind and connect with fellow attendees. Tickets are just $10 per person and include your choice of one pint of beer or cider to keep the good vibes flowing.

Sunny Valley Yoga will provide a small selection of yoga mats, but we encourage you to bring your own for added comfort. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a dance enthusiast, or simply looking for a fun way to move your body, this event is perfect for all skill levels.
