I would like to invite you to my Festive Candlelit Yin EVENT and celebration of the END of YEAR with drinks and nibbles afterwards.

Gift yourself to 120 mins of uninterrupted bliss to set you in a good state of mind for the remainder of the festive season. Your mind & body will thank you!

The session will be an extended practice honouring Winter Solstice, a time of drawing in and embracing the yin and yang nature of the ever-changing seasons: the balance of darkness and light.
Connecting with body, mind and Self, and taking time to journey into your centre and discover what you need to release and what you wish to carry forwards into the next cycle.

It will be a combination of slow, mindful movement, and Yin yoga - where we will be diving deep into longer holds to explore the relationship between our mind & our body; watching how the mind responds to longer-held poses & periods of stillness. I will be providing you with self-regulation tools, such as the breath & threads of mindfulness, helping you to quiet your busy mind & be fully present with your embodied experience.

We will finish with pranayama , a deeply relaxing guided meditation or Yoga NIdra followed by a glass of fizz or mulled wine and some yummy nibbles, chat and an opportunity to wish everyone Merry Christmas.

Everyone is welcome! No experience is needed.
*Bring your mat and anything that will make you cosy and warm, any props you might have, a Blanket or two, cushion, bolster…
Wear comfortable, not restricting movement clothing.
