Is sound bathing magic or mystical? You decide… as you lie down and get comfortable, therapeutic sounds help your nervous system to relax. How your mind responds is entirely personal - maybe you find yourself in deep stillness, maybe thoughts untangle themselves, maybe you gently doze, or simply savour an hour of not having to do anything at all. There's no template for the experience, whatever unfolds is exactly what you needed.
What happens during your sound bath is entirely personal to you. Some sessions feel transformative, others are simply restful. Both are exactly right.
What to bring: Comfort is key for this practice - essentials include cushions, blankets, a pillow. or two. Some people bring sun loungers for maximum comfort!
