Maybe you find quiet, maybe you resolve something that has been niggling you, maybe you drift and doze, or just enjoy an hour of doing absolutely nothing. There are no standard experiences, everything is valid and beneficial to your wellbeing.
Each session is unique and personal to you. Leave expectations at the door and let the sounds meet you exactly where you are.
What to bring: Comfort is key for this practice - essentials include cushions, blankets, a pillow. or two. Some people bring sun loungers for maximum comfort!
