Take a deep breath, stretch your legs, and enjoy some fresh air and friendly conversation on our free Wellbeing Walk. Everyone’s welcome – all ages, all abilities! ??‍♀️

Come on your own or with a friend – whether you walk a little or the whole way, it’s all about walking, talking, and connecting. ?

?️ When: Sunday 19th October, 10:00 a.m.
? Where: Starting point – The Welby Arms, Church St, Denton, Grantham NG32 1LG
? IMPORTANT - please do NOT park in the Welby Arms car park. Instead please park responsibly along Church Street.
➡️ Distance: 4-mile circular walk through Harlaxton and Denton. Highlights include Harlaxton Manor, Denton Reservoir, and beautiful countryside views.
? Likely to be muddy..  Please wear sturdy footwear.
?The Welby Arms opens at 12pm, so we’ll finish in time for a well-earned cold drink and a friendly catch-up. 
? Dogs are very welcome!

Whether you’re young, older, a seasoned walker, or just looking for some gentle movement – everyone is welcome. 

Let’s enjoy some fresh air, headspace, and good conversation.
