The start of the NEW YEAR often prompts us to make positive changes in our lives. THIS RETREAT will be an ideal time to pause after the busy festive season, nourish your body and mind, and create space in order to manifest your intentions for the coming year 2026.
Day arrangements:
* Drinks and healthy snacks on arrival
* Energising hatha yoga flow session in the morning with focus on breath awareness & pranayama techniques.
* Yin & restorative practice in the afternoon, followed by a nurturing full yoga Nidra guided meditation to induce deep state of relaxation before your departure.
* Time for reflection on the past year, journaling/ setting intentions to have a clear vision on what you want to manifest in your life in 2026! Plenty of space for you to pause, to breathe, to nourish, space for individual reflection and for shared connection.
* Delicious, hearty, homemade lunch provided, healthy nibbles.
* Fun making mood boards or walk in nature near Culverthorpe Lake ( weather permitting)
*Goodie bag
This retreat is also a wonderful gift for a loved one or a great opportunity to try my classes too.

*Bring your mat and anything that will make you cosy and warm, any props you might have, a blanket or two, cushion, bolster… Wear comfortable, not restricting movement clothing.
