You are invited to join us for LTM’s 75th Anniversary Winter Ball! This fun-filled formal evening celebrates 75 years of Live! Theatre! Magic! at LTM while raising critical funds to ensure community theatre has a home in the greater Mechanicsburg area and to preserve and enhance our beloved one room schoolhouse on South York Street.
This first annual Fundraising Ball will celebrate theatre and our community, clear away those post holiday blues, and perhaps serve as a romantic evening with a special someone the week before Saint Valentine’s Day.
The LTM Fundraising Ball will be hosted at the gorgeous Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, seated on 22 lush acres of manicured and native gardens. Since December of 2017, the 7,563 square-foot historic mansion has undergone a restoration of a lifetime, boasting wonder-filled detail featuring elegant old stone facades, original custom millwork, winding victorian-era staircases, and stained glass windows.
Community theater impacts its community by fostering social connections, stimulating the local economy through visitors, and providing educational and creative outlets that boost individual well-being and civic engagement. Theatre offers a platform for self-expression, strengthening social cohesion, and can even spark conversations about important social issues. LTM has a track record of providing these opportunities and more to our actors, production crews, volunteers, and members. Your support helps us to continue to achieve these goals and expand our reach in the future.
The LTM Fundraising Ball is our first annual fundraising event that will help us to raise funds for our all-volunteer, non-profit community organization, the Little Theatre of Mechanicsburg, which is dedicated to promoting the highest standards in production and appreciation of the theatre arts.
There are a limited amount of open seating. Sponsorship opportunities include recognition in the event promotions, exclusive visibility at the ball, and the chance to align your brand with one of the region’s oldest community theaters. Please contact LTM at 717-766-0535 or

We would love to schedule a time to discuss sponsorship opportunities that best align with your organization’s goals or you can return your completed Sponsor Form today. Thank you for your consideration. With your help, we can continue to serve the theatre community for years to come. You can directly help our stage lights burn brighter!
