Our Restorative Yoga Teacher Training combines:

- Restorative yoga (supported poses with props and long holds)
- Somatic movement principles (slow, mindful, nervous-system-regulation, and awareness)
- Trauma-informed and educated
- Yoga Nidra and meditation 
- Sequencing building classes and leading them with confidence
- Anatomy, physiology, & nervous system 
- Teaching methods

This training is for....
Those who want to deepen their self-awareness and learn practical ways to self-soothe and rebalance the nervous system.
Yoga teachers seeking new tools and continuing education hours.
This program is equally supportive for bodyworkers, therapists, and practitioners of other healing modalities who want to integrate somatic, restorative, nervous-system-informed practices into their work.
No prior experience is required—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to listen to the body.
 
$500 deposit saves your spot. 
$1300 for full training if you sign up by May 1st 
$1800 after 
 50 continued ed Hours. Certified in Restorative Yoga
