Adult Classes:
Adults Boxing | Saturdays (8:45 – 9:45 AM)
Boxing – "The Sweet Science"
A strategic and technical martial art/sport known worldwide. Boxing uses the fists to strike in a calm, calculated approach to a fight rather than brute force. Boxing is known for its high cardio demand, athleticism, coordination and is necessary for MMA. We use a structured approach to show the beginner the fundamentals and elite techniques of the sport.

Adult BJJ / MMA | Saturdays (1 – 2:30 PM)
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
A full-contact combat sport that primarily integrates Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing, and wrestling versed with techniques from other styles. Comprehensive training focuses on interactive contact training, striking and submission grappling drills for a well rounded; multifaceted Martial Artist. MMA is the ultimate game of strategy! Training MMA at Element you will learn defense, escapes, counters and submission techniques from various positions for self-defense adaptability to combative situations.

Youth Classes:
Kids MMA | Mondays (5 – 5:45 PM) (ages 5 – 8 ) 
In our ages 5 – 8 yrs. classes, we keep the students active and moving while learning self-defense techniques with minimum light contact that applies to everyday life. We emphasize focus on athletic movements, drills, coordination, and reflexs to train both body and mind to work as one. This fun energetic class builds character with confidence and a high self esteem that is both fun to participate or watch!

Kids MMA | Mondays (6 – 6:45 PM) (ages 9-13) 
In this class we focus on specific development of the students that will provide application of technique for self defense purposes and the life skills necessary to handle/de-escalate situations. Subjects such as anti-bullying, protection, self and situational awarenesses are covered in our classes. Interactive dialog, movement and light contact drills keep the students engaged and wanting to learn more to develop!
