Element MMA Youth Classes Registrations
Element MMA will be continuing to teach youth MMA classes weekly every Monday at The YES! House!
The next round of Element MMA classes will begin on Monday, February 23rd! We will be offering advanced online registration for the 3 & 6 month programs at the following rates shown below. Please note that there is also a $10 weekly drop -in rate that you can pay directly to the instructor at the beginning of each class!

Youth MMA | Mondays (5 – 5:45 PM) (ages 5 – 8 )
In our ages 5 – 8 yrs. classes, we keep the students active and moving while learning self-defense techniques with minimum light contact that applies to everyday life. We emphasize focus on athletic movements, drills, coordination, and reflexes to train both body and mind to work as one. This fun energetic class builds character with confidence and a high self esteem that is both fun to participate or watch!
In this class we focus on specific development of the students that will provide application of technique for self defense purposes and the life skills necessary to handle/de-escalate situations. Subjects such as anti-bullying, protection, self and situational awareness are covered in our classes. Interactive dialog, movement and light contact drills keep the students engaged and wanting to learn more to develop!
