Reconnecting to strength, and self trust through body- based awareness. Learn about the nervous system and gain tools for regulating it. A somatic journey into wholeness and heart-led living.  
 
What you'll learn 
1) Nervous System, Poly vagal Theory , and how early experiences shape our regulation and habits. 
 
2) Somatic tools - Body Awareness
interception and proprioception 
tracking body sensations  
cultivating mindfulness and compassion 
 
3)Regulation tools & Healing Practices 
breath work, movement, grounding techniques, how to move from survival to safety and connection.
 
4)The Embodied Heart 
How trauma and stress affect our empathy, boundaries, and openness. Reconnecting to the hearts energy. Releasing protective patterns and allowing deeper connections.
 
5) Empowerment & Emotional Intelligence
Moving from reactivity to conscious choice. Cultivating inner confidence and leadership.
