Winter Forest Bathing

Guided by a certified nature and forest therapy guide, participants will explore mindfulness in the outdoors through quiet observation, intentional movement, and sensory awareness—all set against the serene backdrop of Iowa’s winter woods. After the walk, warm up by the fire with a cup of locally sourced tea and reflect on the restorative power of the season. No prior experience needed—just dress warmly and come ready to unwind.
