Welcome spring with us through the powerful tradition of 108 Sun Salutations: an energizing, meditative practice to mark the changing season and welcome in new light. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations helps build focus, endurance, and offers a sense of renewal and accomplishment.

All levels are welcome, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, and simply enjoy the energy of collective movement.
