Join Emma & Callum for a deeply nourishing, heart-opening evening of connection, expression, and inner alignment.

At the centre of our gathering is a rich ceremonial cacao blended with rose - a gentle yet powerful heart medicine. Cacao has been used for centuries to support emotional openness, clarity, and grounded energy, while rose carries a frequency of compassion and healing. Together, they invite you to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner world. (Chai alternative available on request.)

We begin by gently opening the voice through simple sound and song - releasing tension, uplifting energy, and reconnecting you with authentic expression.

From here, you’ll move into Qi Gong, a flowing practice of breath and movement that helps circulate life-force energy, bringing balance, relaxation, and presence.

The journey deepens into immersive sound healing, with singing bowls, guitar, and soothing vocals working to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore harmony within.

There will be space for stillness and integration throughout.

This is a space to open your heart and voice, connect in community, and return to yourself - leaving you feeling nourished, uplifted, and aligned.



SUPPORTING A GREATER CAUSE

All proceeds support indigenous healers Maná and Ratsuhá Madhá in the Amazon, Brazil, providing vital care and safe births in remote communities.

As flooding worsens, they urgently need a safe boat to continue their work. By joining, donating, or sharing, you directly support lives, families, and a lineage of deep healing.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Callum Doherty is a Men’s Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer & Qi Gong practitioner.

Emma-Jean Stout is a Holistic Practitioner in Shamanic Healing, Bodywork, Yoga & Sound Healing.

“Our connection with these indigenous healers has deeply shaped our own journeys. What began as learning has become genuine friendship, and we feel called to support their work.”
