Orchard Wassail

On Saturday 28th February, FEL Scotland are hosting a winter wassail in the beautiful heritage orchard at Kinneil Estate, Bo'ness. 🌳

Whether you're a regular singer or you've never heard of a wassail before, come along to celebrate the end of the winter and help wake the trees for spring. Bring your pots, pans and musical instruments to add to the fun.

As well as traditional wassailing performed and led by Freedom of Mind Community Choir, there'll be free mulled apple juice and craft activities for kids.

All voices and ages welcome. No need to book a ticket - just head to the orchard at 2pm next to Kinneil Museum, which should also be open free that day from 12.30-4pm as usual.

Come and meet some of the Friends of Kinneil volunteers, who'll be supporting the event too and able to talk more about the work of the Friends. Volunteer guides from the Friends also hope to offer a free family-friendly guided story walk alongside the event, for those interested - start times to be confirmed.
