Main Event
Entry Fee: $60 (in addition to coin drop via card or tokens)
Qualifying Schedule:
Friday, 11/7: 12pm to 9pm (last games started by 8:50pm)
Saturday, 11/8: 10am to 9pm (last games started by 8:50pm)
Saturday 11/9: (Volunteer-only): 8:30am to 10am
Format: Best Game
15 qualifying games, top 9 machine scores used for player’s total score
Max 60 attempts, only highest score / machine is retained / player
Electronic queuing using DTM software
Game scoring: 1st – 100, 2nd – 97, 3rd – 95, 4th – 94, 5th – 93, and so on
Finals
Schedule:
Sunday, 11/9
A Finals: 9am – 5pm (Check-in required by 8:45am, bye players may text or call TD)
B Finals: 10am – 5pm (Check-in required by 9:45am)

Format:
Single-elimination, best 3 of 5 matches
Top 24 players qualify for finals, Top 8 receive first round bye
Tiebreakers use one game playoff for 8th seed, 24th spot
Remaining tiebreakers use random game’s scores to determine higher seed
Seeding uses standard single elimination brackets, putting highest seed vs lowest seed in 1st rounds
Game picks, both players will choose 2 games each (one from each era) and will be played in order chosen. Top seed may defer first game choice to lower seed player. The player not choosing game will get choice of play order. If the 5th game is necessary, the top seed has choice of a game not currently being played (from any game era) or play order. Games cannot be chosen twice by a player.
Bracket tiebreakers
All bracket positions will be resolved with additional rounds, reseeded based on original seed
Games are determined by tournament director, play order starts with high seed in each group
17th-24th: Two 4-player groups, top/bottom 2 from each play another 4-player game
9-16th: Two 4-player groups, top/bottom 2 from each play another 4-player game
5th-8th: One 4-player game
3rd-4th: Best of 3-match. High seed gets first choice of game/order, loser chooses game 2 and 3
Prizes:
The prize pool is based on total entry fees, minus $1 / player for IFPA, and trophy/goodie bag net cost. Additional prizes will be provided by sponsors.
Prizes out of prize pool: 1st – 35%, 2nd – 22%, 3rd – 15%, 4th – 8%, 5th to 8th – 5% each
B Finals – Double elimination bracket, single game matches
Format:
Top 25 – 40 players qualify for B finals
Tiebreakers use one game playoff for 40th spot
Remaining tiebreakers use random game’s scores to determine higher seed
Seeding uses qualifying position in standard double elimination brackets, putting highest seed vs lowest seed in 1st rounds
Top seed players pick available game or position until all games picked. Subsequent game or order picked by loser of previous game. Games cannot be chosen twice a player.
Result’s tiebreakers will use original seeding/qualifying finishing position

Trophies and prizes for top 8 players
Classics
Schedule: Saturday, 11/8 @ 10:30am.
Entry Fee: $20 (with coin drop).
Format is a Group Knockout, 5 strike, Fair Strike Format, 4 player groups. Strikes are awarded:
4 player groups: 1st – 0, 2nd – 1, 3rd – 1, 4th – 2
3 player groups: 1st – 0, 2nd – 1, 3rd – 2
2 player groups: 1st – 0, 2nd – 2
Game order based on order as listed in Match Play display
Prizes: Top 8 will get trophies & prizes
