Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the honour of sitting with people in some of their most tender moments. Holding space as they soften. Witnessing nervous systems settle, emotions move, and a quiet sense of peace begin to return. ♥️

Reiki has never felt like something I do.

It has always felt like something I listen to… trust… and allow to move through me.

That same philosophy is at the heart of how I teach.

This September, I’m opening another intimate Usui Reiki Level 1 & Level 2 Training, and I would love to welcome those who feel called to begin—or deepen—their Reiki journey.
