Stop armoring. Start responding.
(When to use tools... and when not to)

Week 5 – Integration
Build your own Energetic Hygiene Protocol for real life

Optional Week 6 - Holding Space Without Holding Everything
Intentionally create, hold, and close spaces to support others without carrying their emotional static and stories home with you. It is designed specifically for facilitators, coaches, healthcare workers, teachers, parents, and anyone who regularly holds space for others.

What to Bring:
A journal, water, and anything that supports your comfort (mat, blanket, cozy layers).
