Lamb Ravioli braised Lamb, green onion + pea puree, roasted onions, lamb jus, brown butter

East Coast Scallop Corn Sous-bise, smoked bacon jalapeno chutney

Confit Turduckin Turkey, chicken, duck, sausage stuffing, slow cooked in duck fat, parsnip puree, bourbon carrot, crispy sage

Paris Brest Choux paste with praline cream
