They change shape. They soften. They ache.
But they remain.

This circle is a gentle place for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss. A place where you don’t need to be strong, or healed, or okay. You can simply arrive as you are, carrying whatever this season of grief looks like for you.

Partners, grandparents, and supportive loved ones are welcome.
Grief touches whole families, and you do not have to come alone.

February can be a tender month. While the world talks about love in one way, many families are holding a quieter, deeper kind of love. This evening is for that love. The one that continues.

We will gather with warmth and care for:

• grounding to help the body feel safe
• conversation that honours all parts of grief
• journaling and optional love letters
• a simple moment with chocolates and carnations to speak our babies’ names if you wish
• gentle connection with others who understand

You may share or simply sit and listen.
Tears are welcome. Silence is welcome.
There is no right way to be here.
