This circle session is based on Safe Refuge Meditation: check out the Buddha Blog to learn more!

??This session will start with 10-15 teaching and discussion on the 5 bodies, or koshas of yoga, and finding Safe Refuge in them. 
?? We’ll lead you in 30 minutes of very gentle Qigong and restorative movement to help us get ready for meditation.
?? Ending with a 45 minute sound bath and meditation.

?? Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you'd like to learn more about meditation check out our Youtube! Or head over to our blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.
