Get an intense calorie burn with fresh choreography and easy to follow dance moves. This is a judgement free dance space so just enjoy and feel the music!

Fifty-Five minutes of Dancing! Wear workout clothes and gym shoes. All dance and fitness abilities welcome.

Classes are Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PM & Select Saturdays 1:30-2:30PM. Doors open 15 minutes before class.
