We’ll break down the foundations of key poses like Crow (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana)—with options for different variations, transitions, and levels of challenge.
This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about arm balancing, whether you're just learning to lift off or looking to refine your technique.
We’ll explore:
Key alignment cues and muscle engagement
Common setup patterns and prep poses
Transitions in and out of arm balances within a vinyasa flow
How to work through fear and build trust in your foundation
Plenty of free play time will be offered toward the end of class so you can experiment, ask questions, and try new variations in a supportive, lighthearted environment.
