Join us Sunday, October 4th at the Four Star Theater in Grand Rapids, MI for a deeply immersive gathering to connect with ourselves and one another through vibration, voice, and movement.
We'll open the space by slowing down to connect our bodies and breath with a channeled guided meditation to help you settle into the space. We’ll then flow into a one-hour collaborative sound journey, woven by multiple sound facilitators using a diverse collection of instruments and frequencies. Throughout the sound bath, Reiki practitioners will gently move throughout the space, offering hands-on or hands-off energy healing to those who wish to and consent to receive, creating an atmosphere of deep relaxation, restoration, and energetic balance.
As the sound journey naturally closes, we'll transition from receiving into creating together. You'll be invited to lend your voice through simple, accessible community songs that honor the energies around us and our personal growth and healing journeys.
To close the evening, the space will gently open into integration. Follow what feels most nourishing for you: move intuitively through gentle dance and embodied expression, or settle into our integration area for quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, and authentic connection with others in the community.
This gathering is an invitation to remember the healing power of collective presence, when sound becomes medicine, voice becomes prayer, movement becomes expression, and community becomes a sacred container for transformation.
Whether you come seeking rest, healing, inspiration, or connection, you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.
