Start your Sunday with calm energy, cozy vibes, and cats. Slow Flow + Meowditation is a relaxing morning session that blends gentle, beginner-friendly yoga with mindfulness, a warm drink, and cat cuddle time in the lounge.

Move at your own pace, sip something soothing, and enjoy the company of our cafe cats as you stretch and unwind. It’s the perfect reset before the week ahead.

Please bring your own mat and arrive a few minutes early to settle in (and snag some pre-class purrs).
