The entire experience will be gently guided — there is no pressure of needing to walk in knowing what to say. We’ll begin with time to reflect and connect, followed by writing prompts to help you put words to whatever heavy you’ve been holding — grief, truth, or unspoken emotion. Your words will be passed anonymously for someone else to read aloud.

This space isn’t about judgment or being exposed. It’s about being seen without carrying the full weight of your story alone.

Please Note: This gathering is intentionally priced to honor the privacy, intimacy, and emotional labor of the space. Your contribution supports a setting where no photos are taken, nothing is recorded, and participants can share honestly.

This is a peer-supported gathering, not a therapy or support group. No licensed mental health professionals will be present. This event is not intended for those in active crisis or in need of clinical support.
