- **Event Description**: Free Dumpster Day for Roosevelt Park Neighborhood neighbors! August 8, 2026 from 8AM-12PM at 1205 Cesar E. Chavez Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 school parking lot.

* Bring identification to show that you live in the neighborhood
* Make sure that major appliances are freon-free
* NO yard waste, sod, broken concrete, wood or asphalt
* NO hazardous materials such as tires, oil, gas, paint, hot ashes or household/garden chemicals. Hazardous waste drop-off is located at 1045 Wealthy St SW
* NO electronics such as televisions, computers, monitors, cell phones, etc.

Volunteers needed:
- Directing traffic
- Signing in neighbors who are dropping off trash
- Passing out flyers or information during the event
We’re also accepting donations for our volunteers – like donuts and coffee!

¡Día de Contenedores Gratis para los vecinos del vecindario de Roosevelt Park! 8 de Agosto del 2026 en 1205 Cesar E. Chavez Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 estacionamiento de la escuela.

* Traiga una identificación que demuestre que vive en el vecindario.
