"Living Well with Chronic Pain” is an evidence-based program that has been proven to help people with arthritis or other chronic pain conditions, and helps with living a satisfying, fulfilling life.

When you have chronic pain, every day can be a challenge. This FREE workshop helps you discover strategies for managing your pain. Topics include communicating with doctors and family, mind-body connections, benefits of physical activity and more.
