Aleah and I are holding our final Cacao Ceremony for the season and we are excited to invite the community to join us. 

This class will focus on opening up your lungs, clearing out some of the brain funk, and welcoming in new energy to help you walk into the next half of the year.

We hope that you are able to join us as we bring in movement, breath, and sound to give your mind, body and soul the space it needs to be yourself.

🌿 What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, followed by gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and deeply restorative yoga. No experience necessary — just come as you are.

Why Cacao?

Cacao is a natural plant ally that can:
✔️Soothe your nervous system (hello, holiday stress).
✔️Support clarity, presence, and emotional openness.
✔️Help you reconnect with yourself before the new year rushes in.
