LAX Informational Meeting for 2026 Spring Season

Big news for FHNE Birddogs Lacrosse! 🥍
We’re expanding — and this year, girls can join starting in 1st grade!

Whether you’re brand-new to lacrosse or already part of our Birddog family, we’d love to have you join us for an Information Meeting on Sunday, December 7th at the FHN High School Cafeteria.

🕐 Schedule

Grades 1–4: 1:30–2:15 PM

Grades 5–6: 2:15–3:00 PM

Grades 7–8: 3:00–3:45 PM

During the meeting, players are invited to a workout led by the high school program — no equipment needed, just workout clothes and shoes!
