Corewell Health, in partnership with Priority Health, The Rapid and other local organizations, is hosting a community resource fair to raise awareness and connect individuals to available resources in the Grand Rapids area.
There will be free activities and information about supportive services and community resources.
The event will be held at The Rapid Bus Station, 250 Cesar E. Chavez Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, on Wednesday, November 19, from noon to 3 p.m.
Corewell Health’s community resource fair will feature a wide range of community-driven organizations, representing services related to:
• Physical wellness
• Mental and behavioral health
• Health screenings
• Food assistance
• Maternal and infant health
• Education, employment and legal services
• Housing assistance
• Financial literacy and support
• Veteran Resources
• Domestic violence
• Well-being of older adults
• Refugee, migrant and immigrant support
• Returning citizens
• Unhoused youth/young adult services
Due to its popularity last year, we’re bringing back the Corewell Health smoothie bike. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix delicious smoothies by pedaling the blender bike to blend up some fun, fitness, and nutrition all in one unit.
Everyone is welcome to take part in this free event. No registration is required.
