Led by with Tina and Adrianne Jamail, this 90-minute class will take place the first Sunday of each month at 4pm.

The breath is the oldest tool you own, and most of us were never taught to use it.

Ninety minutes to change that. We begin with discussion and guided breath meditation to clear the mind and drop into the body. From there, a longer breathwork journey, where the practice moves past technique and becomes exploration.

The last stretch belongs to integration. Unhurried time to rest, to let the nervous system settle around what it just learned, so the shift outlasts the drive home.

Rooted in the pranayama tradition that calms the nervous system, clears the mind, and shifts something fundamental.
No experience needed.
