?‍♀️ A gentle warm‑up and full‑body flow designed to invigorate your mind and body.

?‍♀️ Breath‑work and mindfulness cues to help you transition into the day.

? An inclusive, supportive, trauma-sensitive atmosphere welcoming to all levels and all bodies 

? After this 45 minute yoga flow, an optional 10 minute sound journey meditation will be offered.
