- **Event Description**: The Adolescent Healthy Living Group (AHLG) is a recurring 12-week program that provides a supportive community for teens 13 years and older who are struggling with mental health needs.

Teens may benefit from attending this group if:

- They are finding it difficult to manage depression, anxiety or mood regulation problems through individual therapy alone.
- They recently completed inpatient or partial hospitalization treatment and found the peer support and connection helpful.
- Their family system needs additional support in their interactions.

While group sessions are for teens only, there will be a monthly parent session for questions, connection and information on topics for the month.

Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6:00 PM (With the exception of major holidays.)
