Registration/ Medical Release Form
FULL*** May 28th- June 6th - $950: This option is only available to Levels 5-7 (or with granted permission). Adding 3 FULL days; Thursday- Saturday with 3 main instructors Adam Parson, Mathew Donnell, and Ryan “BOSCO” Baker. Every year, the intermediate and advanced students wish they had more time with our guest artists, so we are listening and implementing the option. These extra days will be technique driven and focused with the following week more choreography focused. This is an addition to the following "partial" week ( Sunday as a rest day). Times are approximately a 9:30-5:00p; Saturday 10-4:30p for May 28-30th then follows partial schedule. This option is only available to Levels 5-7.
PARTIAL***June 1-6th - $700: Available to Levels 2-7; 9:30-5:00p and Saturday 10:00-2:00p: Instructors Ryan "BOSCO" Baker, Matthew Donnell, Amy Gard, Hayley Keller, Kate Mina, Alana Niehoff, and Adam Parson. Available to Levels 2-7
MINI*** May 28-30th - $300: Levels 1 & 2 invited; MINI Intensive with Professional Guests; Adam Parson, Ryan "BOSCO" Baker and Matthew Donnell. Ages 6-9 years ***Thursday--Saturday are Mid-Morning classes, 11a-1:45p (tentatively) with an informal showcase on Saturday, May 30th at the studio at 5:00p.
Pre-register by March 15th and SAVE! Complete form with a $200 ($150 for mini intensive) non-refundable deposit by March 15th to save $75 ($50 for mini intensive).
