Join us for our bi-monthly book club series where we’ll use literature as a tool for self-inquiry, mindful discussion, and community connection.

We’ll begin by sharing thoughts on our chosen book and exploring themes that spark growth and reflection. Afterwards, enjoy a short, all-levels yoga flow designed to ground your body, open your mind, and carry the inspiration forward.
