High School Regular Season

Open to Any 7-12 grade wrestlers from the Greater Grand Forks Area and beyond

Practices will be in the months of March, April, May, June, and July

We will learn how to wrestle Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling

Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday Practice from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Practice Location is at Grand Forks Central High School

Parents Meeting: March 1st at 4:00 PM
