Building Leadership Capability to Strengthen Organizational Culture

Join us on March 19 for a professional development session focused on how leadership shapes organizational culture and performance.

Our speaker, Ben Foster, Director of Rydell University for Rydell Automotive Group, leads corporate employee development across more than 100 dealership rooftops nationwide. In this role, he designs leadership programs, develops training systems, and builds initiatives that support performance and employee growth across the organization.

During this session, Ben will share practical insights on how leaders influence culture and how organizations can intentionally build leadership capability to strengthen teams and drive results.

You’ll learn:
