Brussels sprouts pack a punch with loads of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and healthy fiber. They fill up your fork, and your belly, while getting you critical nutrients you need for strong bones, healthy skin and immune response, and effective digestion. 

We know what you're really worried about, though. And we're happy to report that this dish only calls for one pot, so you don't have to stress over endless washing-up in a small kitchen! ?
