Sometimes, it's all about embracing the seasonality of your veggies...and, while there are no rats in this kitchen (obviously!), we can absolutely learn together all about how to cook something shockingly simple with summertime garden-fresh ingredients that will at least impress your household, even if Ego doesn’t make an appearance. 

Join this FREE hands-on class, meet other locals, and learn to make a new dish that feels GREAT. (This traditional recipe is naturally gluten-free and vegan, containing none of the 9 most common allergens.) Plus, ratatouille is packed with dietary fiber, potassium, vitamins A, C and K, folate and much more. All that you need to keep your weekly dinner table well-rounded, plus featuring that special taste of summer.
